Duncan Greatwood, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Greatwood brings over 16 years of experience with high-technology growth companies. Prior to founding PostPath Software, Mr. Greatwood held executive positions at Virata/GlobespanVirata/Conexant, including the positions of Vice President Worldwide Marketing, Vice President Corporate Development, and Vice President European Sales. Prior to Virata, Mr. Greatwood held a variety of engineering and product marketing positions at Madge Networks, and was particularly involved in the development of pioneering products featuring the convergence of voice telephony and data networking. Mr. Greatwood graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Oxford University, and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
Victor Chang, Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Chang brings over 20 years experience in networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure, including R&D, general management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining PostPath, Mr. Chang was Vice President of Engineering at Infoblox, a leading provider of network identity appliances. Previously, Mr. Chang held a variety of executive positions at RSA Security (later acquired by EMC) including the positions of Vice President Engineering, General Manager Developer Solution Group, and Vice President Technology. Prior to RSA Security, Mr. Chang held engineering and management positions at Apple Computer, Tsunami, Intel, and Xerox. Mr. Chang has a proven track record of success in growing development teams from early start-ups to established engineering organizations. Mr. Chang holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
Steve Erbst, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Steve Erbst brings more than 17 years of senior management experience in the high technology and enterprise security software industry. With extensive experience in domestic and international sales management, Steve has planned, developed and implemented effective and profitable strategic sales programs for a variety of enterprise software companies such as RSA Security, Network Chemistry, and Sana Security where he held the position of EVP of WW Sales and Alliances. Steve has a proven track record of success in providing market acceleration of over 300% in revenue and over 60% in customer adoption at all of his ventures dating back to RSA where the company grew from less than $15 million to more than $250 million during his tenure. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Network Chemistry, a leading wireless security company for the enterprise. Mr. Erbst has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California.
