This document is intended to show efficient migration from Exchange 5.5 to Postpath Server 3.0 using different methods (including Microsoft's Exchange Migration Wizard).
This document will only address migrating from Exchange to PostPath, not migrating from an NT domain to an AD domain. It is however possible to upgrade from an NT domain to an Active Directory domain by installing a Backup Domain Controller (BDC) in the Windows NT domain, then upgrade to AD and DC followed by a migration of the users from Exchange 5.5 to PostPath.
In addition to this document the PostPath Administration Guide, Installation Guide, and Troubleshooting Guide are recommended to ensure successful deployment and migration.
